Sickle-hoof Krethel

The sickle-hoof krethel is the most prominent predator of its homeworld (a parallel Earth where humans don't exist), despite its origins. It fills the niche of the jaguar, as a lone nocturnal ambush predator of approximately the same size. The mane is dark brown, the short fur elsewhere covering the animal ranges from white to deep beige, darkening as we approach the equator.
